Tell us about your knowledge of different cannabis strains and products.
Sample answer: I visit a lot of dispensaries and have been a consumer for years. I always chat with budtenders and friends about various strains, their effects, and the unique terpenes and cannabinoids that make each strain unique. I’m also well-versed in various product types such as flower, carts, edibles, and concentrates.
What’s your opinion on classifying strains based on indica vs. sativa? How else would you help new customers find the right strain?

Working in cannabis retail means dealing with lots of different customers on a day-to-day basis – especially for those in the budtender position. Dispensaries need to know you can deliver excellent customer service based on your personality and previous first-hand experience.
