A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

BJD takes great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt store credit.Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and must be clearly displayed on all returns. To receive an RA#, please make a return request at leahp@bjdcorp.com for your claim to be processed. In your return request, please include style number, invoice number, and reason for returning. For any damages, please include a photo for quicker assistance. Please include the RA# on the return box before shipping out. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. BJD is not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush orders. In the case that you received an incorrect item, BJD will cover the return shipping charges.Customers will receive a 100% store credit if request for RA# is received within 5 days of receipt of sales order. If the RA# is requested within 5-20 days from receipt of a good, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from return store credit. No return requests will be allowed 20 days from receipt of goods. 
Once issued an RA#, the return authorization is only valid for 15 days. If goods are not received in our warehouse within 15 days of issuance, the RA# will be become null and void. Any goods received in the warehouse after 15 days of RA# issuance, are not subject to store credit. 
Return credits will be issued after receipt of goods after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original packaging. ***ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED*** 

Cancellation Policy

We do our best to ship items within 1-3 business days & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.=> Order cancellations must be requested by written form {Message or e-mail}.
