Where can I find Koppa Tengu? ›

Koppa Tengu can be found at the Eastern part of the Shinjuku District map, the Western Entrance Passage, and the Yoroi Shrine.

Traditionally, the Neutral path is the hardest path in any given SMT game. Thanks for the responses. I had a hunch that neutral would be the most difficult route (it also seems to be the hardest to actually get on as well).

First Encounter - Ashina Outskirts

You'll first find Tengu of Ashina just after defeating Gyoubu Oniwa. After defeating the Boss, head to the right side of the battlefield and up the stairs. There you'll find a building with a tall masked man leaning over a corpse. This is Tengu of Ashina.
