In EstateTeams Auctions, All Sales Are Final. All bids are considered final. Everything is sold as-is, where-is. Please reach out with any questions or clarifications prior to bidding. No Reserve Prices; in all our online auctions, we don't use hidden "reserve prices"- the opening bid amount listed for each auction item is our reserve sale price (we feel this is more transparent for our auction participants). When the online auction closes, all winning bidders will be charged via Stripe for the full amount of their auction invoice (this will charge the payment method provided on the bidder'sonline auction profile).

All winning bidders must be available for pickupin Redmond, WA on January 14th or 15th, 2023 (or have someone who can come pick up on their behalf).Once the auction has finished for all items, all winners will receive an email communication with next steps.Items in this particular auction are not marked available for shipping. ***IF you like an item in the auction and shipping is not an option provided, we are happy to work with buyers if they would like to organize their ownon-site shipping and packing provider for auction items currently labeled "for local pickup only".***

Sales Tax: We charge sales tax to all purchases, with the exception of registered vehicles and trailers (which is the responsibility of the vehicle purchaser at the time of registration). For those planning to bid on vehicles, we will void the sales tax portion of your invoice after the auction closes. We charge the appropriate amount of sales tax for the city where the sale is being held. If you are a re-seller and qualify for sales tax exemption, you are responsible for adding your reseller information to your bidding profile prior to bidding (after the auction has concluded, we cannot remove sales tax). ***Buyer's premium is not subject to sales tax, and is only applied to the bid amount***

Pickups:All local pickups must occur on January 14th or 15th, 2023 and will be by appointment only. After the auction bidding has closed on January 12th, an EstateTeams representative will reach out to schedule a pickup appointment. Once your pickuptime has been confirmed, the full address in Redmond, WA will be provided to you. All pickup appointments are 60 minutes in length (during which time you will be able to pick up your winning auction items, and also shop many more unlisted items on the property/unsold auction items). PLEASE come prepared with the appropriate vehicle, packing materials, tools to remove items that are attached, vehicles to remove and load vehicles and parts, and moving assistance that you will require for your items - we are also happy to coordinate with local buyers who would prefer to use the LUGG App and have large items (such as furniture) delivered directly to their home. *Note, additional on-site purchases can be madewith Cash or Venmo, or can be added to your auction payment method on file - your preference.

Shipping: (If applicable)All shipping costs are additional to the bid price and will be added to the buyer's invoice (a receipt of the shipping cost can be provided, as requested). Unless you have a preferred shipping partner that you would like to schedule for an on-site pickup, our team utilizes USPS to ship auction items to winners. We recommend providing the dimensions/value of the items you're considering to your local USPS so they can assist you with estimating the cost of shipping from 98053 (Redmond, WA) to your location. We cannot provide shipping estimates. We securely pack and insure items for shipment, and share the tracking number with the recipient.
