How do you post images in Gravity Forms? ›

The Post Image field allows users to upload an image that is added to the Media Library and Gallery for the post that is created. It is available under the Post Fields section within the form editor.

Create and Embed your First Form

To create your first form, open the Forms menu and select New Form. To add a form field, simply click or drag the field you would like to add to your form. The Gravity Forms toolbox consists of an accordion interface that allows you to select which field types you would like to add.

Is there a limit on Gravity Forms upload? ›

There is no limits to file upload sizes in Gravity Forms, it uses the built in PHP uploader. You are only limited by your server capabilities. While they may have upped your limit in your php.

By default, file uploads go to the WordPress wp-content/uploads folder in a folder that Gravity Forms creates. Files created using the Post Image field are also added to your Media Library just like any file you upload when creating a post. Files are not attached to notification emails.

The HTML field allows you to place a block of free form HTML anywhere in your form. This is useful for adding images or additional content. It is available under the Standard Fields section within the form editor.

How to Insert an Image in HTML. To insert an image in HTML, use the image tag and include a source and alt attribute. Like any other HTML element, you'll add images to the body section of your HTML file. The HTML image element is an “empty element,” meaning it does not have a closing tag.
