Can I get my Samsung phone replaced under warranty? ›

SAMSUNG will repair during its warranty period any product that malfunctions under normal operation, used according to the user manual instructions and the purpose they were designed for.

In the event we are unable to repair or provide a replacement we will contact you to discuss a different way to pay your claim.

Accidental damage, such as a cracked screen, caused by impact, dropping or bending is not covered by your warranty. Samsung will repair or replace parts that are found to be defective during the warranty period due. Your warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use.
