How do you answer Soundcore earbuds? ›

You can answer a call with your soundcore liberty 4 simply by double taping on any of the earbuds.

If you fail to connect the speaker to your device, you can try the following steps: - Confirm the speaker is fully charged and it's not paired with other devices. - Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your device. - Reboot your speaker and your device.

Answer a call: Press the stem once on either of your AirPods. Note: If you turn on announce calls, you can also answer or decline a call using your voice. End a call: Double-press the stem on either of your AirPods.

How do I hang up and answer calls using just the earbuds? Tap and hold the touchpad on either one of the earbuds for 2 seconds to hang up. Double-tap either one of the earbuds to receive a call.

Place the earbuds in the charging case and open the cover. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds. When you see a red light flash three times, this indicates that the reset is successful.

Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the lights on earbuds' charging case flash for 3 times. Keep the case open. Wait until you see one light flash fast and the other flash slowly.

You can try to restart your bluetooth devices, such as phone and tablet. Forget all the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth. Once they're off, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. This will put your earbuds into "pairing mode."

Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. If you've previously paired your earbuds with your device, Remove / Forget the earbuds, then retry the pairing process. Restart your device. Reset your earbuds by holding the button inside of the charge case with both earbuds in the case for 5 seconds.

How do I fix the Bluetooth pairing problem? ›

The quietness of the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 earbuds can be caused by several factors, such as device settings, Bluetooth problems, audio jack issues, unknown reasons, software glitches, or even potential headphone damage.

The "Controls" section of the soundcore app allows you to set the double-tap NC button to activate the BassUp feature.
