I roll over in bed and my WiFi signal strength drop from Great to Good. It's annoying. My @Ask_Spectrum internet seems to be getting progressively slower. Can't even stream music to a Google Home without an insane amount of buffering.

@Ask_Spectrum So ur Peps came by 2 fix the problem but instead of fixing anything they sat around & waisted at least an hr of time Lollygagging, talking on the phone, & eating but they didnt bother 2 fix a GD thing! So I still have no service Unbelievable! I am Pissed! AT&T!!!

@JuliainRaleigh @Ask_Spectrum They probably put something out on the TV, not realizing your TV is tied in to the existing internet/cable connection. They say they have to have a certain percentage of calls from an area before they declare an outage. Once in Cary, I had to ask my neighbors to call so % was met

Amazing how little @GetSpectrum cares about their customers. Charging $70 for horrible internet by itself is egregious. At least take me to dinner before you try to screw me.

@Ask_Spectrum your service is horrible. Internet goes out multiple times a day. Called today, was told a rep would call me in an hour to an hour and a half to try and schedule service...nada... zip...zilch. I pay for a service that is horrible and unworthy of my money.

@GetSpectrum didn’t realize u couldn’t watch ur DVr’ed shows from another device. Well that sucks most every single other major cable provider has that feature.

Just want to take this time to call out @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum for being quite possibly the WORST internet provider out there.I have issues w my wifi/internet every day and every time i call those rotten mofos, they say “all your equipment looks fine”.Spectrum internet sucks!

@Ask_Spectrum Hi, I moved this weekend and had previously called Spectrum to make sure internet was turned on at the new place. I have my modem hooked up, and get an “online” light from the modem, but no internet. Could you please help?

We're getting to Spring 2022 and nothingFor the record, I'd pay for the bally sports app if it were stand alone. However, I won't cancel a service that I'm extremely satisfied with, just 2 get Cards games

Called @GetSpectrum to change my service of cable and wireless which has ridiculous fees to get me changed over to just wifi. I’m now on the phone actually a “silent hold” with the second person I’ve talked to who’s “working on it” and has been for 15 minutes. (1/2)

@Ask_Spectrum HELP! I connected the new Roku to my router and my computer to the router. The router is connected to my modem. The Roku is connected to my TV via HDMI port. My TV displays "no signal cable box " The TV input "cable box" is selected
