Double-A
There are some themes surfacing. The Orioles have the youngest player in the International League (Holliday) and Eastern League (Samuel Basallo). The Angels’ Nelson Rada is more than a year and half younger than anyone else in the Southern League, and he won’t be the last Angels player we focus on as youngest in a league.
Ethan Salas is the youngest player in any full season league, which was also the case for much of last year. He’s the only 17-year-old who made an active Opening Day roster.

Low-A
The youngest players in the Low-A leagues are international signees who skipped the Arizona and Florida Complex leagues to jump straight from the Dominican Summer League to full season ball, which is the case for Juan Flores, Yophery Rodriguez and Alfredo Duno.
Juan Soto is only 25 years old, but given that he debuted at age 19, he's set to hit free agency after this season. There was some thought that his current team, the New York Yankees, has the necessary deep pockets to extend him and prevent a foray into free agency.
For players born under the American flag, the magic number is 18. You gotta be a legal adult to officially step up to the plate and face big league pitching. But for international players (those hailing from baseball hotbeds like the Dominican Republic or Venezuela), the age limit dips to 17.
The contribution of teenagers to major league baseball has been somewhat limited over the years, although there have been more than 25 who made their playing debuts at 17, and about a half-dozen who broke in at 16.
There are 4 age divisions that take part in tournaments every year, listed below: Little League Baseball World Series : For kids between 10 and 12 years old. Intermediate 50/70 Baseball World Series : For kids aged 11 to 13 years old. Junior League Baseball World Series : For kids who are 12 to 14 years old.
Minor League Baseball programs for boys and girls may be operated within each division for younger players with less experience. The minor league may be players ages 5-12.
Nuxhall is in the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and was a two-time All-Star in 1955 and 1956. Nuxhall's father Orville was also a baseball player, taking the field for a semi-pro team that his son Joe also played for.
And then, on July 19, 1952, the impossible happened. Joe Louis Reliford, a 12-year-old Black kid, played in a professional baseball game. The youngest to do so in organized baseball history.
