The social media stars opened up about their relationship on the first episode of 'Gabby and Tyler's Unnamed Podcast'
Viral TikTok couple Tyler Bergantino and Gabby Gonzalez have started a joint podcast, just weeks into their budding romance.
On July 16, Bergantino, 30, and Gonzalez, 21, shared the first episode of Gabby and Tyler's Unnamed Podcast and opened up about their relationship since first meeting in June.
During the episode, Gonzalez called all of the “opportunities” that they’ve both gotten since going viral a "miraculous blessing" and reflected on experiencing those moments with Bergantino by her side.
“What a lot of people don’t understand is yeah, it’s amazing that [everything’s] blown up and hitting a million likes is great, but I found someone that I see as a life partner through all this,” she said. “And that’s what’s really cool.”
Bergantino agreed, echoing Gonzalez: “It doesn’t really matter what we’re doing if we’re doing it together. It feels epic.”
“I’m not overthinking anything,” Bergantino continued. “It really does just feel like it’s you and me.”

Bergantino and Gonzalez’s first in-person interaction went viral on TikTok on June 2 after sparks flew between the two of them while Bergantino did a man-on-the-street interview with his now-girflriend. Before their first meeting, Gonzalez told PEOPLE that while Bergantino was the one who initially followed her on social media, she actually slid into his DM’s first.
"It was at the top because he’s verified ... and I was like, 'Who is this?' “ Gonzalez said. “Then I [clicked] on it and I was like, 'Oh, he interviews people and he's tall. I interview people and I'm tall.' "
The two messaged each other back and forth for a while, but everything changed after they officially met in person. On the podcast, Gonzalez said that they received comments about the fact that they DM’d each other prior to their first video and that it “doesn’t mean anything."
“You have to meet somebody in person to really feel the energy and get that vibe,” she said. “People got to see that through a video that was being made for fun, there was no pressure or expectations.”
Bergantino also spoke more in depth on the podcast about how he felt his life was “amplified” after first meeting Gonzalez.
“It’s been so nice to be able to share all of these memories with somebody,” he said. “People talk about sharing your life with somebody and it sounds cliche, but I get to experience that now with you.”
After the couple’s first interview went viral, they both began to document their relationship online and even announced to PEOPLE on June 27 that they are officially dating.
"The way this all happened feels borderline miraculous," the couple told PEOPLE at the time. "It's changed the way we view social media, and the support we're getting by just being ourselves is heartwarming."
On his podcast, Bergantino said that he had not been public with any of his past relationships up until his relationship with Gonzalez.
"Too much can get caught in the crossfire,” he explained. “It’s really hard for a lot of people to [deal] with all the attention and stuff.”
“We don’t care about the attention,” Gonzalez added. “It’s accessible and it’s been there. Before all this we both had somewhat of a following [and] we both understood social media and the attention.”

Bergantino also said that off camera, the couple were able to build a “deeper connection” off camera and that they are having “so much fun” making videos together.
“It's so cool that [connection] is being shown through our videos because that's why people are following along,” Gonzalez said. “That’s why there’s such a huge supportive audience is because people want that.”
