How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use Paypal and Stripe to handle our online payments.
Shipping And Handling:
The costs for shipping and handling are included in the total pricequoted in our online shop. Depending on the size of your order we will select the most appropriate method of shipping to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in good time for your celebrations. We will update you when the goods have been posted and provide an expected delivery date. You will have a choice of 1st or 2nd Class Post for packages up to 2Kg in weight. 2nd Class is currently £3.60 and 1st Class £5.99. Any parcels over 2KG in weight will be posted via Royal Mail’s courier service 24 or 48 hr. A tracking number will be added to your order and emailed to you. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
Royal Mail are experiencing lengthy delays in some areas due to strike action with some parcels taking a while to arrive. We cannot class a parcel as lost until after 20 working days. At that point Royal Mail will investigate.
Do you ship overseas?
We do ship overseas and our online shop will calculate postage rates as long as your basket is under 2KG in weigh. 2Kg and under can be posted by Royal Mail. If your basket goes over 2KG the message “no shipping options available” will be displayed. This is because we will need to arrange a courier shipping quote. Just message me at Donnie@highlandfavours.co.uk and let me know what you would like to buy and I will obtain the shipping price for you.
Returns
Returns accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order as long as the goods are in the same condition as dispatch and the buyer pays the return postage. Tablet, Wedding Favours and Personalised products are all made to order and no returns are accepted for these products . If you have any queries just call Donnie on 07826444145
How long will the tablet last?
Bulk tablet is supplied in 500g sealed bags. The bags will arrive with a 2 month from manufacture best before date on.
Should I keep the tablet in the fridge?
There’s no need to keep the tablet in the fridge, in fact, it’s much better if you don’t. Just keep it in a cool room, out of direct sunshine and away from strong smells.
Can you add in a greetings card and gift wrap my Scottish Gift Box for me
Yes! Just select a card and add your message and I will add it to your order. You can also select gift wrapping at the time of ordering.
What are the base ingredients of your tablet?
