Paying the bills now is more important than ever!! (2024)

In case you are new to our website, let me introduce myself. I am Raye Allan Smith also known as Rayelan Allan and Rayelan Russbacher. Rayelan Allan was a mistake by the printer of my first book. But I liked it and have continued to use it.

Rayelan Russbacher was the name that made me famous in the patriot community. I was married to the highest ranking political prisoner of the George Herbert Walker Bush administration. He was also the #3 man in the CIA. To prove his CIA affiliation to me, he took me to lunch with William Webster, the Director of Central Intelligence or the DCI. That evening he took me to dinner with his direct boss, a four star admiral.

We were staying in VIP quarters on Offutt Air Force Base.

"Offutt Air Force Base is a U.S. Air Force base south of Omaha, adjacent to Bellevue in Sarpy County, Nebraska. It is the headquarters of the U.S. Strategic Command, the 557th Weather Wing, and the 55th Wing of the Air Combat Command, the latter serving as the host unit."

This was my initiation to the CIA and to being married to a longtime CIA operative who was known as "The Banker".

After 10 long years of marriage, and never knowing if he was dead or alive until I heard his voice or saw him, he left me for an English film producer who wanted to make a film about our story. I know that his leaving me was the best thing that could have happened to me.

During the years that we were married, he gave me many pieces of information that I put into a newsletter called RMNews... and in small letters: Rumor Mill News.

In 1997 I bought the url rumormillnews.com and began teaching myself how to make a webpage. Rumor Mill News or RMN as it is most commonly called, has been up and running since it first came into being on June 6, 1996... 06.06.96.

Somewhere on the site there are stories that give a little more information about who we are if you care to know.

On another subject, I have been devastated by what has transpired over the last two days. I have never known our country to be in a more perilous position. It seems that the two are in place that will bring about the total transformation of the country I love.
