Wake Up Lean has been an eye-opening and transformative program that has helped me on my journey to better health and wellness. What makes this program stand out is its holistic approach to weight loss and overall well-being. Meredith Shirk doesn't just focus on shedding pounds; she emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle, improved metabolism, and long-term well-being. This approach aligns with my desire for sustainable results. I was impressed by the scientific insights provided in "Wake Up Lean." Meredith Shirk delves into the science behind metabolism and how it can be optimized for weight loss. This knowledge was enlightening and empowered me to make informed choices about my health. The program includes practical workouts that are easy to follow and can be done in the comfort of your home. These exercises are effective for toning and strengthening the body while also boosting metabolism. The step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations were incredibly helpful. I appreciated the nutritional guidance offered in "Wake Up Lean." It provides meal plans and dietary recommendations that are realistic and sustainable. I never had a struggle with my weight until after 50, when the pounds started creeping on. I heard many people say "Oh, it's your metabolism. It just slows down." This book explains, in an easy and organized manner, how to retrain your metabolism. It's not necessary to join a group or program that provide packets of 'food fuel' that don't taste good. Do it yourself with the recipes and shopping lists in this book. Recipes are tasty and filling. I recently picked up this book as an added guide to my journey of overall health and fitness. I was looking for something easy to understand and easy to follow, and this does just that! The charts outlining foods to enjoy, consider with care, and those to avoid make it particularly easy to quickly see what in your fridge or pantry you should toss if you're serious about eating what is nutritionally healthy for your body. The shopping lists make it even easier to restock your fridge or pantry once you're had to toss everything! I am so grateful to have read this plan. Megan mapped out an easy to follow guide to get my diet straightened out. I felt like I needed more options for meal ideas, especially for breakfast, or brunch/snacks before lunch time. I am finally getting my diet started off right each morning and continue throughout the day.
I was becoming really frustrated because most of the programs I had found were either too expensive or were a complete waste of time. So I joined a couple of big ones and used the search options to see if there were any recommendations from the other members. And to my surprise, there were actually a few suggested products but one stood above them. It was the Wake Up Lean program. After all, it was recommended by actual people, was cheap and I had a way to get my money back if I wasn’t satisfied. I really like how everything is designed for people with a limited amount of time who don’t want to spend hours and hours of doing these things every single day. In my opinion, this program is worth way more than its current price because it really helps you in many other areas as well. It helped me with my poor sleeping habits, low energy levels, happiness and the way I felt about myself. I highly recommend this program to anybody who is overweight and wants to become healthier, leaner and stronger. If you are willing to put in some hard work you will get results.
My jeans fit better and I even pulled out my tight dress! My belly definitely became more defined, my face looked less “puffy”, my yoga pants weren’t suffocating my legs or belly, and my confidence level shot up. And my energy level is higher than it’s ever been before in my life! I must highlight the fact that this system requires you to make nutritional changes. There is no restrictive eating, but you will likely have to make some changes in order to see the best results. Overall, I think this is a diet plan that is worth checking out because it offers more than just weight loss information. The price is fair.

February 6, 2024Incorporating all the suggested morning rituals and nutritional changes into my daily routine proved harder than expected. While I've seen some positive results, the struggle to maintain the recommended habits has been a hurdle in fully realizing the potential benefits outlined in the book.
It contains valuable information that allows me to execute a powerful weight loss – and healthy life – regime. Since inflammation enzymes force my cells to fight against my own body, eliminating them instantly decrease my risk of deadly viruses, diseases and parasites, while also helping my body work more efficiently.
