The New Hartford Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce a business expansion within its membership. Chamber Member Cosmos CBD has launched a new venture called Paper and Leaf Hemp Company and opened their first location in the New Hartford Shopping Center. The new business held a grand opening celebration on July 10th and the chamber conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Paper & Leaf Hemp Company was opened on May 28, 2021 by business partners Shane Carter and Dave Keller who have been in the CBD and E-Liquid industries prior to their venture into the THC industry. They got their start together with Adirondack Vapor which had a location on Campion Road. Their success with Adirondack Vapor was followed by the launch of their sister company, Cosmos CBD which allowed them to expand their product line. Cosmos CBD is located in Utica where they manufacture a variety of CBD products in their state of the art clean room facility.
Currently, Paper & Leaf Help Company carries a variety of CBD, Delta 8 and Delta 10 flowers, edibles, oils, balms and even pet products. Their shop in the NH Shopping Center is modeled after a dispensary in Colorado and is equipped and ready to become one of the first Delta 9 dispensaries once New York begins granting licenses for recreational dispensaries.
