Relics are objects that give Coins in the Spider's Den that the Archaeologist gives hints about.

Overview
Relics are objects that can be collected by right-clicking them, similar to Fairy Souls. In total, only 28 Relics exist, all of which can be found exclusively on the Spider's Den island.
Obtaining
You must first talk to the Archaeologist located at -360 111 -290 on the Spider's Den island. This will progress the Relic Hunting Quest, allowing you to start collecting the 28 Relics scattered across the island.
Rare Relics
Once you have collected all 28 Relics, 7 of them will be chosen at random to become Rare Relics, depicted by the purple particles they emit. In order to start finding these Rare Relics, you must first talk to Shaggy while holding an Arachne Fragment. Shaggy is located at -278 121 -182, inside the house on the hill.
Rewards
Each Relic awards 10,000 Coins when collected. Talking to the Archaeologist after completing the Relic Hunting Quest will award an additional 30,000 Coins, adding up to a total of 310,000 Coins for collecting all 28 Relics and completing the quest.
Individual Rare Relics grant no reward. However, once you collect all 7 Rare Relics Shaggy will craft you an Arachne Crystal whenever you bring him 3 Arachne Fragments, 8 Enchanted Spider Eyes and 30 Enchanted String.
Locations
Many Relics are hidden, which means they cannot be reached without the use of items such as Ender Pearls or the Aspect Of The End. Relics can only be found on the Spiders Den island.
