Enforcer's Axe: This build has insanely consistent Speed Demon procs, so it's better to go Enforcer's Axe than Evanspear Handaxe, as Speed Demon does not work on Evanspear. It also has the highest damage output of axes, and no endlag.

This build can easily reach the damage multiplier cap, even with halving effects.

Nullifying Clarity (10%) + Charged Return (10%) + Flame Within (10%) + Speed Demon (30%) + Ardour Scream (25%) + Isshin's Ring (20%) = 105%. Apply the soft cap equation (Damage = 50 + ((Base Multiplier - 50)/2)) and you get 77.5%, which is slightly over the damage cap. CONSISTENTLY. You get a consistent 75% damage boost with this build.

Playstyle

Use Flame Within at the start. Spam Ardour Scream. Avoid dodging. Win.

Notes

Isshin's Ring is optional. If you find you're taking too much damage, you can take it off and instead take buff mantras such as Reinforce. This decreases your damage output slightly, but is debatably better than Isshin's.
